- When one referee indicates a sign by flags, the other referees must immediately indicate signs to correspond.
- One inspector is places at each match area. A player can claim his objection against a judgement by holding a hand up asking the inspector and referees for deliberation.
- Consulting about the judgement by referees and the inspector must be short and consistent.
- Inspectors and referees must sincerely respond to the objection by players and the matter must be brought to a peaceful settlement quickly.
- Players must follow the decision made by both the inspector and referees.
