2:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Referee assessment and Dan promotion grading (2nd Floor, Martial Arts Hall; fee required)
5:00 PM -: Reception (3rd Floor, Arena; free of charge, no meals provided)

The 48th Sports Chanbara World Championship
8:30 AM: Venue opens
9:30 AM: Opening ceremony
