We have to;

1. Strictly Follow the International Spochan roles.
2. Use the official weapons (and masks) for Spochan for having a safe competition.
3. Need to hold "Dan - Kyu" exams more than to times a year. After that we ha ve to send the result of the exams to International Spochan Association.
4. In case "Dan - Kyu" exam was not held, we (International Spochan Association) do not accept the application for "Dan - Kyu".
5. Do not put any local competitions on the day of International Spochan Championship. (For example, World Spochan Championship, European Championship, Asian and Oceania Championship etc.)
6. All referees must hold the Official referee's certificate.
